Pretty vector. (I don't usually like a non outline vectors but this is one of the exceptions.) Now for the critique: I see a few jaggies all over her which is especially apparent on the mouth so you might want to be a little more careful next time.
By the way I like that border design. Did you make it yourself with the pen tool?
