the shining crosses there look good, just that they are a bit disturbing, covering the background. but then again if you would remove them, it would only look empty.

Anywho, I love the whole idea for it: The black Byakuya, the swords in the bg, the darkness of it all... it just rocks! Maybe Byakuya should be a little sharper, but other than that, great job!

They seems too much like Crosses and not Swords.. Try to change them a little. Everything else is good.
